Leeds runs its beer scene along the water. Follow the canal west from the city centre and you hit Kirkstall and then Rodley, mill buildings and lock-side units turned into breweries with the towpath running straight past the door. Double back east instead, past the station, and Mabgate and Sheepscar do something similar in old industrial units that most visitors would walk straight past without a second look.
Holbeck sits in between, all viaducts and repurposed warehouses within sight of the railway lines running south, while Kirkgate and the market end of town keep a handful of smaller spots tucked between the stalls and the older pubs. None of it is signposted as a trail, not officially, though plenty of people walk it as one on a Saturday, starting wherever the first bus drops them and working out from there. Chapel Allerton and Headingley, further out from the centre, add a couple more stops if you're happy to keep going past the ring road. Yorkshire weather being what it is, most of these spots have somewhere covered to stand, whether that's a proper taproom or just a decent gazebo over a few barrels and some borrowed garden furniture.
