Named after the pioneering industrialist who built the UNESCO village of Saltaire, SALT was founded in 2018 by owner Jamie Lawson with a mission to unify heritage and modern brewing. It's a sister company to Ossett Brewery. Jute, Huckaback and IKAT are among the names to look for.
The Core Range holds down the regulars: Session IPA, NEIPA and DDH DIPA. Beyond that, limited-edition brews come and go fast, from Alpacalypse Session IPA and Herd Mentality India Pale Lager to Banoffee Pudding Stout and Second Squeeze: blink and you'll miss them.
UK mainland delivery is £7.99, free on orders over £150. Dispatch is Tuesdays and Thursdays. They don't deliver to Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man.
