Bier Huis began life in 2011 as a "can this be done?" idea, pre-launching at a farmers' market before its official opening that November in Ossett, chosen so brewers from across the North could deliver with ease. It started with around 130 beers and ciders and has grown into a specialist stockist of Yorkshire ale and beyond.
