Keltek Brewery has brewed since 1997, when Stuart Heath founded it in a disused stable on Cornwall's Roseland Peninsula before moves to Lostwithiel and then Redruth. The family-run brewery takes its name from the Cornish word for Celtic, brewing ales and lagers named after Cornish legend such as Engine House and Panning For Gold, and expanded into pub ownership, acquiring four Cornish pubs in 2013 and two more in 2016.
