Pipeline brew in small batches, which frees them up to experiment with the blend of ingredients - carefully selected fresh hops, yeasts and malts added to soft Cornish water. The result, they say, is exciting unique beers full of flavour. Founder and chief brewer Jonny Cooper runs it from north Cornwall.
Pipeline Brewing Co make hazy, hop-forward beers using fresh ingredients and Cornish water, with New World hops doing a lot of the work in showcasing what those hops can do. Releases are rarely repeated: think Cherry Sunrise Fruited Sour (5%), Space Invader Pale Ale (4.5%) and Wolf Moon DIPA (8.4%), each one billed as an exceptional one-off. It's a small-batch approach built around variety over consistency: new beers rather than the same beer, again and again.
