Brewing since 2013 with organic floor-malted barley and hops from wherever they happen to be best. Most of it is drunk locally or in the taproom, which keeps the transport down, and everything is brewed and packaged on site rather than farmed out.
Black Flag's range includes Fang, Czech Pilsner, Finchy and Moonface IPA: a solid spread from crisp lager to hoppy IPA, all made with the same care over ingredients and process. Worth a look if you want beer that's thought about from grain to can.
