Set up in late 2021 by Samuel and Amy Morris; he's ex-RAF and self-taught at the brewing, which explains the aviation running through the whole thing, beer names included. Family-run and independently owned, out of Maldon in Essex, with everything unfiltered and naturally vegan friendly.
Samuel's a self-taught brewer with over a decade behind him, and the aviation theme runs right through the beer names: Stow Patrol Extra Pale Ale, Sky Spy English IPA, and the DDH DIPA cheekily called Wokka Wokka Wokka Wokka. Expect juicy, unfiltered hoppy pales alongside more traditional ales like the Tread the Snow Twice Chocolate Stout.
