Three Peaks Brewery began life in Settle, in the Yorkshire Dales, in 2006, founded by Colin and Susan Ashwell. In 2020 it was bought by Chris and Jennifer Holt, who relocated the brewery to a larger site, with Colin staying on as brewer. Named after the three Yorkshire Dales mountains, it produces a Core Peaks range of session ales and a Special Peaks range; all beers are vegan.
