Hawkstone produces beer, cider and spirits crafted in the Cotswold hills, developed through a collaboration between its Master Brewer Rick Keene and the Diddly Squat Farm team.
Hawkstone launched in 2021 out of the Cotswold Hills, brewed by Rick Keene, who trained on a four-year brewing and distilling degree before joining. The line-up is broad: Premium Lager, Session Lager and IPA (all 4.8%), the 3.8 Pils, a 5% Cider, and Hawkstone Zero at 0.5%. They've brewed St.Rawberry, a 4.3% strawberry cider, and Hedgerow at 4.0%, alongside those. Their own line sums it up: hard to make, easy to drink.
