Guisborough Brewery is based in the town of Guisborough, nestled between the North Yorkshire moors and the unspoilt coastline of the north east. The brewery unit was taken on as a blank canvas and fitted out for brewing, with a largely hands-on approach where only the Hot Liquor Tank's thermostat is automated, letting each brew be hand crafted.
