Chantry Brewery has been going since November 2012, set up by Mick, Kevin and Sean, brewing with no added sugar at any stage. Their debut brew, New York Pale, is still a firm favourite, and Kaldo Pale is another name that comes up. Bottled beers Lucky Dip and Helles Lager round things out in 12 x 500ml packs, with limited-edition specials turning up alongside.
