Twenty years on from the first brew at Watt House Farm, and the farming roots are still the whole identity: Farmers Blonde, the flagship, is named after a breed of cow. The pitch is about keeping pub traditions alive: friends, a pint in hand, and a proper natter.
Bradfield started life as a dairy farm, and the name stuck; they've gone from milking 100 cows a day to brewing over 100,000 pints of beer a week. The Farmers range is the backbone: Farmers Blonde, Yorkshire Farmer, Farmers Pale Ale, Farmers Brown Cow, Farmers Steel Cow, Farmers Ale and Farmers Stout, all part of a core range available all year round. On top of that they run a rotating line-up of seasonal and themed ales, so there's usually something new alongside the regulars.
