A young independent brewery from Rock in Cornwall, started in 2021 by George and Hugo to bring small-batch, quality-first beer to their bit of the coast. They've since built a new brewhouse 600 metres from the original container site, with CO2 recovery, solar and an onsite borehole pointing at net zero.
Bluntrock is run by a small, passionate team, drawing on Britain's brewing heritage and head brewer George's own upbringing, mixing modern and traditional techniques to make a range of beers, from Pagan Juice and Golden Boy to Helles, Chub, Yakima Dreams and Tweak The Thumb. They're also proud to be the first Cornish brewery to install carbon capture technology, putting sustainability right at the heart of how they brew.
