Beeston Brewery

Beeston, East of England

Founded in 2006 in a renovated farm building looking out over Beeston church and the valley below. The water comes from a private supply deep in the Norfolk chalk, directly beneath the brewery, which is about as local as brewing liquor gets. Small, and content to be.

Beeston produce a number of real ales across different styles, with a shop range that spans light and easy-drinking through to properly strong. Sensible Shoes Pilsner (4.4%) and Crazy from the Heat (4.2%) sit at the sessionable end, Worth the Wait (4.2%) and The Dry Road (4.8%) hold the middle ground, while Old Stoatwobbler (6.0%) and Magnificent Men (7.2%) bring the weight. It's a proper real ale line-up rather than a one-style brewery, with something for most moods on the shelf.
