Steam-Shed Brewing grew out of Paul's love of good beer, great pubs, and making stuff, and turned into a proper brewery in The Old Train Shed in Swaffham back in 2019. Small, family-run, and genuinely small-batch.
Steam-Shed's small-batch, handcrafted range is built around key lines you can rely on plus beers that change with the seasons: Hale Pale brings tropical fruit, stone fruit and citrus zest, while Hobnail is a full-flavoured sweet stout punching well above its alcoholic weight. Look out too for russet-coloured seasonal ales, all malt and toffee, brewed to savour rather than rush.
