Abyss Brewing make fresh modern beer, from the dark to the light. Releases have included Cloud Island Pale Ale, Never Mind West Coast Pils and an Exotica Pink Guava + Sicilian Lemon Sour: a proper spread across pale, pils and sour styles. They also offer alcohol free and gluten free options, so there's something for most drinkers. A young brewery with a broad, modern outlook rather than one signature style.
