Stroud Brewery was founded in 2006 by Greg Pilley with the goal of brewing great beer for the local community. It became the world's first organic and B Corp certified brewery in 2018, moved to a new canalside site in 2019, and its beer range went vegan in 2024.

Stroud Brewery's range covers the full strength dial. At the light end there's Shift Happens, alcohol-free at 0.5% with peach and tangerine, and Easy Peasy, a 2.6% built on elderflower and citrus. LOL (4.0%) is crisp and clean, Tom Long (3.8%) smooth with orange and spice, and Budding (4.5%) balanced, zesty and floral. Big Cat brings rich chocolate and roast at 4.5%, Hop Drop is fruity and citrus-hoppy at the same strength, and the I.P.A tops out at 5.6% with hoppy, tropical, zesty character. A proper spread for anyone who wants variety without leaving one brewery.
