Simple Things is a small independent brewery in Glasgow's Southside, established in December 2019 by Phil Sisson, with Ewan joining about a year later. They value quality, tradition, innovation and doing things a bit differently. Everything is vegan friendly, unfiltered, unpasteurised and naturally carbonated.
Simple Things Fermentations split their beers into a Core Range and specialty/limited releases, so you know what you're getting before you buy. The core line-up covers Loral Lager, German Ale, Belgian IPA, NZ Pale, Session Stout and Pale Ale: modern takes on traditional styles alongside contemporary styles with a twist, all built around what they call 'full flavour spectrum brewing.'
