Founded in Battersea by Duncan Sambrook and David Welsh in 2008, Sambrook's began with a simple yet ambitious vision. A trip to the Great British Beer Festival in 2006 sparked the idea of reviving brewing in London's heart. They moved to the former Young's site in Wandsworth in 2021.
Sambrook's brew out of their Wandsworth taproom, with home delivery on top. The core range covers Session IPA, Pumphouse (an English Pale Ale), Wandle (a Best Bitter) and Pagoda Pils, available across both cask and keg. Alongside that sits a rotating seasonal side of the range, split into Seasonal Cask and Seasonal Keg, so there's always something changing alongside the regulars. They describe the whole lineup as award-winning beer, brewed with a proper session-pub backbone.
