Salcombe Brewery was founded in September 2016 by John and Gerry Tiner, and brews from Estuary View, a former Water Board reservoir above the town. They take great passion in crafting beers using sustainable brewing methods mixed with the best locally sourced ingredients where possible. Look for Shingle Bay.
Salcombe Brewery's home overlooks the Salcombe-Kingsbridge estuary. Their Heritage Range covers Salcombe Pale Ale, Breeze Lager, Shingle Bay, Salcombe Gold and Salcombe Pilsner, alongside Island Street Porter, Devon Amber and Seahorse. There's a Discovery Range too, plus a Small Batch Series of limited-edition specials: ones that have come through include an Atlas session IPA, a Maya chocolate stout and a spiced Saison farmhouse ale.
