Born in 2018 in a barn just outside Totnes, started by Jack and Jordan, two lifelong friends with fifteen years of brewing between them. Heritage and modern ales brewed over open flame from artisanal malt and whole hops, open fermented with their own yeast and naturally conditioned.
Copperhead now run a brewery and taproom in Totnes itself. They keep the line-up tight rather than sprawling - usually three beers on at any one time, including Pale Rider, with monthly specials making regular appearances. Whatever's on cask tends to turn up in bottle too.
