An independent microbrewery that handcrafts modern British beer in small, unfiltered batches. Originally located in Manchester's Green Quarter, the brewery relocated to a transformed former metalworks building in central Stockport
Runaway's core range is three beers (Pale Ale (4.7%), IPA (5.5%) and Extra Special Bitter (5.8%)) alongside regular and seasonal offerings like New Zealand Pale, North West IPA, Dry Irish Stout, Gose and Farmhouse Pale. There's a rotating cask range for the Stockport taproom too, plus one-off collaborations with the likes of Cloudwater and Grub MCR: fruit-forward sours and barrel-aged beers among them.
