Northern Monkey Brew Co is a micro brewery based in Bolton. They started trading in 2016 and like to brew both traditional cask ales alongside more adventurous, hop forward craft keg beers - which is a decent way of keeping everyone happy. There's a taproom, and a mobile bar too.
