Neptune was founded in 2015 by husband and wife Les and Julie. What began with Les's home brewing grew into something bigger, with Julie joining to build the business alongside him. Ten years on they're still family-run and fully independent, with no outside investors, brewing vegan-friendly beer in Liverpool.
Neptune Brewery in Liverpool make naturally conditioned, vegan-friendly beer, with awards to their name. They lean towards IPAs and pale ales, and names you'll come across include Abyss, Mosaic, Lost in a Dream and Venice Queen. There's also the option to build your own box or grab a mix pack if you want to try a few at once: a decent way in if you're new to what they do, with a wider range on offer beyond the featured few.
