Holy Goat Brewing

Dundee, Scotland

Holy Goat is a Dundee brewery founded in October 2020 by Johnny Horn and James Scanlan, specialising in mixed fermentation and wood aged beers. Horn previously brewed at The Hanging Bat and 71 Brewing, and co-founded Vault City Brewing, before applying wild yeast and Brettanomyces over three to four month maturations to produce complex, full flavoured sour beers such as Holy Mountain and Astral Destiny.
