Founded in 1979 at Wiveliscombe on the edge of Exmoor, one of Britain's pioneer microbreweries. Exmoor Gold followed in 1986, billed as the first single-malt golden ale. A purpose-built brewery arrived in 2015, and the beer now reaches more than three hundred independent outlets.
Four core ales stay on year-round pour: Exmoor Ale (4%), Exmoor Gold (5%), Exmoor Stag (5.2%) and the punchier Exmoor Beast (6.6%). Alongside the core range, Seasonals and the Pathfinder range change throughout the year, so there's always something rotating in alongside the regulars, worth checking back if you want to catch what they have on.
Postage and packing are included in the price for mainland England and Scotland, excluding the Highlands. The Islands, Highlands and Northern Ireland are a flat £10.
