Thatcham's first craft brewery, started in 2019 by head brewer Tom Broadbank after two years of homebrewing on a 50-litre setup in a double garage. Level Crossing, a best bitter, is the year-round one. It moved to Mayors Lane in Newbury in 2024 and opened a taproom on site.
Delphic Brewing Co is independently brewed and delivered fresh to your door, nationwide. The range leans toward big, juicy flavours: Body Like A Briefcase, a Peach Lager at 4.6%, the Cyclone Season, and a Pineapple, Strawberry & Lime Sour at 5.1%. Fruit-forward and playfully named, it's a lineup built for drinking rather than shelf-staring.
