Olly Bainbridge founded this one in 2015, starting out cuckoo brewing in small batches before a part-crowdfunded six-barrel brewery opened in the old stables behind The Grapevine in Exmouth. It's on Water Lane in Exeter now, with a weekend taproom, and a tap in Topsham too.
