Started in 2017 with a single aim: make really good, proper lager. Everything is unfiltered, unpasteurised and naturally carbonated, built for complexity without losing the drinkability that is rather the whole point of a lager in the first place.
Braybrooke are all about proper lager, made on state-of-the-art kit with the best ingredients they can get. The core trio: Keller Lager, kept unfiltered to hang on to all its flavour; Helles Lager, malt-forward and easy-drinking off Pilsner and Munich malts; and Pilsner Lager, crisp with a grassy, citrusy aroma. Alongside those they run a series of seasonal special lagers through the year, so there's always something new to try.
