Boobytrap Brewery set up in 2021 in Westcott, Buckinghamshire, just off the A41 between Bicester and Aylesbury near Waddesdon. Their whole thing is right there in their mission: capturing flavour.

Boobytrap Brewery is based in Westcott, Buckinghamshire, founded by chef Philip Baker after two decades cooking professionally before turning to brewing full time. Six beers make up the line-up: 'ave It Cold IPA (5.0%), Hazy Rays East Coast Session IPA (4.5%), Tip of the Iceberg West Coast Pale Ale (4.8%), Luigi Italian Pilsner (4.2%), Muppetery American Pale Ale (5.6%) and No Milk At The Dairy Milk Stout (5.5%): a proper spread of styles from crisp pilsner to a hefty milk stout, brewed alongside the brewery's own eatery.
