Birmingham Brewing Co have been brewing in Stirchley since 2016, on a mission to make great-tasting, distinctive beer with the best ingredients they can find. The Brummie beers cover Pale, Gold, Bitter and Stout Brummie, plus Stirchley Lager. They also put out limited releases, like a Hopfenweisse 12-pack, and keep a separate alcohol-free Sober Brummie range on the side.
