A modern farmhouse brewery up on the Mendip Hills, started in 2018 by two brewers with a couple of decades of craft experience between them. Heavily fruited beers are what define the output: the Raspberry Gose has been on the rota since 2019 and shows no sign of leaving.
Yonder was founded by Jasper Tupman and Stuart Winstone, brewing out of a shared passion for flavour, fermentation and fun. They lean into heavily fruited beers (Raspberry Gose, a 4% fruit sour beer, remains a mainstay of the range) alongside Aura: Tropical Mango, a 4.5% fruit IPA. A small team with a tireless focus on innovation, and it shows in the range.
