A small brewery in Linton, Cambridgeshire, brewing since September 2018 in the beer-growing country where Cambridgeshire, Essex and Suffolk meet, and a SIBA member carrying the Indie Beer Sold Here mark. Beers are unfiltered, unfined, unpasteurised and vegan friendly, spanning New England IPA, Pacific Pale Ale, American Pale Ale, Bohemian Lager, Cambridge Hazy Pale and Saison, poured fresh in their own taproom.
Wylde Sky Brewing keep a proper structured range: a nine-strong Core Range, a six-beer Cask Range that's cask-only, and eleven Seasonal & Special Releases for those after something different. Expect juicy, light, hazy beers alongside tropical, juicy and refreshing numbers, plus hoppy, balanced, classic styles too, with New England IPA, Pacific Pale Ale, Bohemian Lager and Mexican Lager among the names on the core list. Cask drinkers and seasonal-chasers are both well looked after here.
