Wincle Beer Company is committed not just to good beer and good service but to the Peak District and the area around it. Giles Meadows set it up at Wincle near Macclesfield in Cheshire, and the taproom is open seven days a week, with click and collect as well.
Wincle Beer Company brews nestled in a lush valley in the Peak District, using spring water fresh from the hills. They describe it as 'redefining English ales', matching traditional ingredients with modern brewing techniques under a brewer with, in their words, 'a laser focus on creating beers that people want to drink'. Names include Sir Philip Premium Bitter, Wibbly Wallaby Pale, Helles Belles Pilsner Lager, Wincle Waller Pale and Life of Riley IPA: five beers built on that hill water and English ale tradition.
