Tomos & Lilford was begun in 2013 by Rolant Tomos and brothers Rob and Jim Lilford, starting out in a shipping container, and is now run by Rob from the Glamorgan Heritage Coast. Drawing on local ingredients such as hay, strawberries, rosemary, honey and foraged seaweed, it brews signature beers for Wrights Food Emporium, the Scarlets rugby team and St Fagans National Museum of History.
