Before 1998, the dream was just fermenting. In October 1998 Tindall launched at the Norwich Beer Festival, founded by Allan Green. The brewery settled at Seething in Norfolk in 2002, paused in 2007 and resumed in 2018, and is now run by his son Michael as director and head brewer.
