Brewery
Stonehaven, Scotland
Six Degrees North brew in North East Scotland, six degrees north of Brussels - which tells you where the inspiration comes from. Blessed with pure, soft water and fields abound with high quality barley, they make Belgian-influenced beers, unfiltered and naturally carbonated. There are venues in Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Six Degrees North brew 'artisanal craft beer' out of Stonehaven, with names including Peloton, Sceptre, Omnium, Wanderlust, Dynamo and a Raspberry Beer made with 300g of Scottish raspberries per litre. Elsewhere on the shelf you'll find a crisp lager with a noble bitterness and a full-flavoured Session IPA loaded with bold citrus and tropical fruit notes. Limited releases turn up too, including a Triple Hop Galaxy and beers built to older recipes not brewed since 2016. They also stock imported Cantillon alongside their own beers.
