St Davids, Wales

Mark and Emma Evans were born and bred within six miles of St Davids, both brought up on family farms, and met through their local young farmers club. They now brew at Upper Harglodd Farm in Pembrokeshire, in a converted derelict 18th-century building, using their own barley, honey and well water.
