Lines Brew Co gives every beer a letter and a colour based on its style, all fitting neatly within the six peaks of their star logo. Sustainability runs through it too - local sourcing, renewable energy and packaging that's recyclable or biodegradable. They also run Learn to Brew sessions for anyone curious.
Lines Brew Co blend farmhouse beer, drawing on flavours from international beer folklore and mixing them with current brewing ideas, everything blended, unfiltered, unfined and unpasteurised. They sort their beers into colour-coded 'Ley Lines': Myrcene for hop-forward IPAs and pale ales, White for wheat styles like wit and weiss, Belgian for saisons and abbey ales, Fruit for fruit-forward beers, Black for dark beers such as imperial stouts, and a Foudres line for wood-aged, barrel-aged and sour beers. They're aiming to become fully sustainable, sourcing locally and brewing on renewable energy.
