IVO Brewery is a venture started in January 2020 by Charlie Abbott and Jason Jones, two neighbours based at Burleigh Hill Farm in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. Everything they brew is one hundred percent vegan. Small, local and straightforward, which is often exactly what you want from a village brewery.
