Incredible Brewing are an independent outfit brewing in small batches, using traditional methods with no finings or additives. Their ethos has not shifted as they have grown: fresh, natural, hand-crafted beer for a wider market, and promoting local sustainable business while they are at it.
Incredible Brewing say they're fighting back against the sanitising effect of big breweries and corporate investment. The core range is pale-ale heavy: Mosaic (4.4%, blueberry and tropical fruit with a citrus finish), Ekuanot (4.4%, papaya and floral notes) and Citra (4.4%, mango and lime), alongside a malty Amber Ale (5.2%), a pine-and-citrus IPA (6.6%) and a chocolatey Black IPA (5.6%). Beyond that there's a Milk Stout, Grapefruit IPA and an award-winning Raspberry Wheat Beer among the seasonal one-offs.
