Gun brew at Gun Hill on a beautiful 140-acre organic mixed farm in the Sussex Weald, where hops once grew and a few still survive in the hedgerows. They have been at it since 2015, moved into a purpose-built brewery in 2022, and run on their own solar and spring water.
Gun Brewery's core beers are around all year: Scaramanga and Chummy Bluster are both Best Bitters, Project Babylon's an APA, Numb Angel a Lager, How's The Serenity? a Vermont Pale, Parabellum a Milk Stout and Zamzama an IPA. Most are unfined, vegan, and some gluten free too. On top of that there's a specials line-up for 2026 to keep things interesting. A nice touch: their water comes from their own spring source, deep below the organically farmed land the brewery sits on.
