Grey Trees was started in 2011 by Ray Davies, taking its name from Llwydcoed, the Welsh village where it all began. These days they brew in Aberaman near Aberdare, crafting proper beers locally with good hops and fine malts, and they run brewery tours if you fancy a look round.
