Every beer here is brewed with Glastonbury spring water drawn from beneath the Tor, which is about as strong a sense of place as a brewery can reasonably claim. There are ciders too, made to reflect the same bit of Somerset. Hedge Monkey and Lady of the Lake are the core pair.
Core beers Hedge Monkey and Lady of the Lake have both picked up Taste of the West Gold, and their seasonal beer Thriller won a gold award too, while the brewery itself was named Best Draft Craft Beer in South England by SIBA. They've also branched into small-batch ciders, putting their own spin on a traditional Somerset drink.
