Docks Beers, based in Grimsby and rated the #1 Lincolnshire brewery on Untappd, split their range cleanly into core and seasonal. The core four are Hard Graft, Knuckle Down, Overtime and the tongue-twisting Clap Clap Clap Clap Clap Clap Fish: your regular go-tos. Alongside that they run over 50 rotating seasonal releases, from a California IPA to a Christmas Cake Stout and an Imperial Bourbon Stout called Maelstrom. So there's always a steady core to rely on, plus a genuinely deep well of one-offs if you like to keep exploring.
