Founded in 2015 with a stated focus on creativity, collaboration and beer made to go with good food. The beers turn up in London bars, hotels and restaurants rather than being sold direct, which shapes the whole operation.
Coalition Brewing draw on both British and European brewing traditions. The lineup covers a lot of ground: Brite Lights Pilsner, Blushing Bride Session APA, Unity Lager and Zen Pale Ale: a pilsner, a session APA, a lager and a pale ale, so whatever you're in the mood for, there's likely something here that fits.
