Clearwater Brewery began in 1998 as St Giles in the Wood Brewery in Great Torrington, taking the Clearwater name later that year, before moving to its current premises in Bideford in 2014. It supplies Devon's Own-labelled beers to pubs and shops across the South West and beyond, and runs its own tap venue, the Champ, in Appledore.
