Brewed by hand the traditional way, using water from the farm's own well and locally sourced malt and hops. Time and dedication are named as the other two ingredients, which tells you roughly the pace they work at.
The range covers a lot of ground: Harry's Heifer, a quaffable session ale with Centennial and Cascade hops; Brown's Porter, rich with chocolate and crystal malts and traditional Goldings; a Citra-and-Crystal-hopped IPA; a crisp Pale Ale built on Maris Otter and Admiral hops; a resinous 7.2% Double IPA; a traditional Bohemian Pilsner aged a minimum six weeks; and a Black IPA balancing vanilla and caramel against a citrus finish.
