Bundobust is an Indian street food and craft beer restaurant group that picked up its own in-house brewery in 2021 on Oxford Street in Manchester. The beers are brewed to go with the food and are only poured at Bundobust's own venues, so this one is for visiting rather than ordering a case.
Bundobust Brewery grew out of Bundobust's Leeds street-food-and-craft-beer roots, "having a beer with a curry", and now brews on-site at their 150-seat Manchester taproom, on tap in the restaurants only. The always-on core is Python Lager, a smooth 4.5% German-hopped lager, and Peela Pale, a hazy 4% pale ale with tropical Azacca and Ekuanot hops. Beyond that there's the rotating Ekla Series, which changes seasonally with "the choicest hops", plus one-offs like Mango Lassi Dazzler, a mango lassi pale ale brewed in collaboration with Northern Monk.
