Brewing with an explicitly civic streak: the stated aim is uniting people over good beer and getting drinkers to demand better from independents. Bristol's values and energy are claimed as the brand's own, and supporting the city's pubs is part of the pitch.
Bristol Beer Factory cover a lot of ground: Clear Head, a 0.5% ABV beer where 5% of total sales go to Talk Club, and Independence, a 4.6% pale ale that won Champion Beer of Britain for 2026, sit alongside Laser Juice, Milk Stout, Fortitude, Southville Hop, Infinity and Gravity. They also brew under an Off Menu banner, small-batch beers where the brewers push the boundaries with their creative and scientific skills, and one-off releases such as Back to Back and Under Lights.
